Hello Highwater Family,
We have two pieces of good news to share this week — one deeply personal, and one that made us smile.
First, on December 15, 2025, our daughter Adalie married Benny, and it truly was a perfect day. God’s presence was unmistakable — full of joy, peace, gratitude, and celebration. Thank you for your prayers and encouragement during this special season for our family. We felt them every step of the way.

Now for the “breaking news.”
As you’ll see in the short video at the end of this email, Aaron shares the update in his signature style — reporting from what he jokingly calls the “frozen wasteland” he calls home. In the middle of that update, he shares something that genuinely encouraged us as we move forward.
Chad Gundersen — one of the producers behind the worldwide phenomenon The Chosen — was the Executive Producer of our last film, The Deliverance of Amy Stronghold. Seth has also had the privilege of serving on the crew of five other films with Chad over the years. This isn’t just a name-drop — it’s a trusted relationship built through real projects, shared values, and a mutual love for faith-driven storytelling.
So when Chad told us we could mention him if it helps us make our next movie, it felt less like a marketing moment and more like encouragement from a friend who knows our work.
As Aaron jokes in the video, it’s a bit like Gandalf showing up and saying, “Here, use my staff.”
So who are we, and what do we want?
Highwater Entertainment exists to create Christ-centered films the whole family can watch, and right now we’re gathering the Highwater 100 — 100 people giving monthly to help green-light our next film, So You Want to Marry My Daughter.
