When I walked Adalie down the aisle, I didn’t expect her wedding to change the movie I was writing. But it did. And one of my favorite memories from that day was sitting down to dinner with the people who came to celebrate with us. I’d love to share a moment like that with the people who help us make this film.
So here’s your invitation: when we film the wedding for So You Want to Marry My Daughter, our first 100 monthly Backers will be invited to meet the cast, be extras in the wedding scene, and eat and dance with us during the reception. The date and location are still to be determined, but we’re planning to shoot it last so we can celebrate wrapping the movie together.
Yes, we’re planning the party before the movie is funded. That’s a step of faith for us. We’re trusting Jesus as we take the next step, and we’d love for you to take it with us.
